Don't list them to us. List them to CCP via "report bot". To convince us, tell us the system, time they tend to be on and what activity they are doing. Any interested player can then go see for themselves.

Already done, I mentioned them to someone else in local and they also confirmed that they had also reported them serveral times over. It seems to be falling on deaf ears, unless it just takes a very long time to investigate them?

CCP will sometimes let bots run if they are part of a larger investigation, say into an RMT ring. Also, it could be players that simply play in a bot-like manner. CCP investigated and found that they were not actually bots.

You can also check for 23/7 activity via teamwork: Have several corp members in different time zones add the suspects to their watchlist. Then see if anyone ever sees them log off.
Again, posting their names here is not a good idea. But describing them; system, activity, and so on, is OK. If many many players go there, convince themselves there are bots and report them, it is more likely to get CCP's attention.

I'm not familiar with the region so I can't tell you from the top of my mind which missions have mission item. But the way you do this is by checking the rats and the mission collidables... This page could be of great help... Even if there's no mission item, you could kill the rats and deny them the bounties.
If you are willing to lose a ship, neut them to cap death. Then the rats will finish them off.
